“Just writing this email from The Peninsula Hotel NEW YORK – we got on honeymoon! We had the best day of our lives on the 27th! It was everything we dreamed of and more! Although there were a few people we wished could have been there – it was only a very small handful. The entire day was a dream from start to finish, and we honestly can’t thank you all enough. Thank you so much for being so calm and reassuring in the run up when things became so hard with ever increasing restrictions. Without your guidance I may have postponed again – and what a travesty that would have been. We are truly on cloud nine. Every single person who attended was blown away by the venue itself, the food quality, the service, the decorations and Eugene. Eugene was (is) a gent! He went above and beyond for us Sunday night, all day Monday and Tuesday morning before we left. Genuinely we still have people texting us saying it was the best wedding they were ever at and how amazing it all was. If we could do it all again we would. When more professional photos come in I will send them on. Thank you all from the bottom of our hearts for the best day of our lives!”

You were so fantastic through the whole planning process keeping us on track with decisions and guiding us on what we should or shouldn’t do and I hugely appreciated your steer. “Treatment fit for a king and a queen! This is exactly how my husband, Joe and I felt about our entire experience at Castle Leslie, from the signing of our contract to our magical wedding day! From the very beginning, we knew that our big day would be something special thanks to the staff at Castle Leslie. Karen in bookings was absolutely wonderful to work with, and was especially helpful since we live in NYC and had to coordinate early morning phone calls. Her kindness and patience made signing our contract hassle free and all the more memorable. After the contract was signed, we met our event coordinator, Helen who was an absolute dream –no exaggeration there! Helen was organized, professional, and always went the extra mile to help in any way! She patiently answered all of our questions, collaborated with our wedding coordinator, and even made sure we got to attend our menu tasting when we visited my husband’s parents at Christmastime! The days before the wedding, the ladies at the spa were kind and courteous, adding to the pampering that we had already felt from everyone we had met so far. On our big day, Jonathan was nothing short of incredible! From bringing Joe endless made to order mojitos to wiping mud off of my sparkly heels, he really went above and beyond to make us feel like we were royalty! From start to finish, the entire Castle Leslie staff out did themselves, surpassing anything Joe and I had expected! We plan on returning to the estate next summer to celebrate our one year anniversary, and we can’t wait to see everyone again!”

“We cannot express adequately how fantastic our wedding day at Castle Leslie was. We had the most amazing day. The staff were beyond fantastic and couldn’t do enough for us or our guests and we felt truly welcomed during our stay. Our whole experience from firstly working with Joan and then yourself, Helen was absolutely brilliant. Without your help and organisation I’m not sure if the day would have been as successful. You really helped guide and advise us on something that we really were clueless about! We will always be grateful for the personal service that you provided. It is also important for us to acknowledge John Matthew, from the morning of the wedding when he called to me in the cottage to make sure that we had umbrellas and to organise our luggage to standing in as a make shift table by holding a tray of our drinks for speeches, to keeping us informed with how the day was going and being a magnificent guide and support throughout our day. He was truly outstanding as were all the staff. Eoin was also so helpful to us in organising our luggage and generally going above and beyond in his role. To sum it up I can only reiterate what we said to John on leaving the estate, “If we had to do it all again, we would do it exactly the same”. We will forever be grateful to you all for your generosity, hospitality and kindness to us both and for the beautiful and truly unique gift of our two coat of arms!”

“Amazing Amazing Amazing. We were lucky enough to have our daughter and new son in law’s wedding at Castle Leslie on the 5th July this year. We had high expectations from Castle Leslie for the day and we had worked closely with the very accommodating Castle event co ordinator Denise Larmer. Our expectations where not only met but they where exceeded in absolutely every aspect of the day. From the moment Dessie Clements the Castle florist arrived at our home in Omagh to deliver the bouquets and we had a sneaky peek into his van and saw all the beautiful flowers to be used for the wedding we knew our day was off to a fantastic start. This was proven to us when we saw the flowers at the church as Dessie had delivered what was imagined by ourselves and more. Our amazing experience continued as we arrived at Castle Leslie where we where met by Kevin the manager who was nothing but attentive to all the small details that made this day run so smoothly. The bride and groom and the wedding party had the undivided attention of David who proved himself to act above and beyond throughout the day and made for a very stress free enjoyable and even pain free as he made it his business to locate a more comfortable pair of shoes for the bride once the wedding shoes became too painful!!! We cannot forget Jonathan who was allocated to look after the top table no detail was left out, no request was too little or too large, he really was excellent at his job. This to could be said of any of the staff we encountered on the day and the 2 days to follow as we continued our celebrations at Castle Leslie. I can only say you make a special day very very memorable for your bridal party their family and their guests. Thank you thank you for being part of and creating such a magical experience which we shall have for all time.”

“I wanted to reach out to you to send our deepest gratitude to your entire staff for making our wedding this past weekend a magical and completely fantastic affair. Your team across the entire estate was just absolutely outstanding in delivering caring, exquisite service that touched our hearts and those of our guests. We brought in almost 100 people from around the world and each of them left with memories not only of our wedding but also of the estate and the team that made the weekend unforgettable. I would especially like to recognize Helen McManus – working with her over the past 9 months has been fantastic. She has always responded quickly, added great touches, was always flexible and solution oriented and worked with us to develop and deliver our dream weekend with an extremely personalized approach. I don’t have words to express our gratitude. She is completely impressive and I will miss working with her!! I also want to commend your reservations department – I honestly do not know how they do it. They kept me on track and worked with me through getting loads of people from all over into rooms, made countless changes and delivered outstanding service with a smile. On the day, I could not have been more impressed with Kevin & the day of team for both Saturday and Sunday. When I stepped out of the car, to have a glass of champagne placed in my hand and then to have one of the waitresses follow us through photos and hair touch ups with a tray of canapes to having our pashminas on silver trays for our guests to avoid the chill just exceeded our expectations… and our guests could not stop complimenting the thoughtfulness. The impression your team left with us, our families and our guests has left us speechless. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for an unforgettable, totally magical weekend.”

I am actually welling up now thinking about how amazing Castle Leslie made our wedding day. Kevin, Jonathan (OMG everyone in the world should have a Jonathan in their life – I am speechless at how special he made us feel – he was born to do that job) and Geraldine to name but a few, made everything so very special for us. I’m devastated that it’s over as we had the best night of our lives (apart from the birth of our boys of course). Everybody was blown away with how spectacular the whole two days were and are still talking about it now. J and I have been to so many weddings and honestly this was the best wedding we’ve ever been to – and so many others said the same thing. We’re still in shock at how well everything turned out and that absolutely nothing was in any way wrong because we don’t feel like we had very much to do with the preparation and that most of it was done for us by you and the staff at Castle Leslie.
