Huge congratulations to our Deputy General Manager, Kevin Kenny on taking home the Irish Hospitality Institute Hotel Deputy Manager of the Year Award 2018 at this years awards which took place on Thursday 22nd November at The Clayton Hotel, Burlington Road, Dublin. We’re so thrilled and immensely proud of him! Well done also to Philip Brazil who was a finalist in the Executive Head Chef category. A terrific achievement for both!
