Employee Forum

Each month they have the opportunity to open a two-way dialogue with our People and Training Manager on subjects ranging from day-to-day operations, staff needs, employee activities and events, employee calendar of events incorporation all team members backgrounds, sustainability, Health and Safety and much more. This in turn links directly in with our Senior Management HR stakeholder team.

This resource group takes an opportunity each month for a different representative from a department to share with the rest of the group something interesting from their own department as a show and tell or something of interest that is not work related. This allows team members from different departments and backgrounds to present something new to the other team members.
