Castle Leslie Estate is proud to announce that we have officially been Certified™ as a Great Place to Work, after a thorough and independent analysis conducted by Great Place to Work® Institute Ireland.  The accreditation process is based on direct feedback from employees, provided as part of an extensive and anonymous survey about the workplace experience. 

After an extremely difficult few years for the hospitality industry, the estate is thrilled to have received this accolade – the first hotel in Ulster to do so in 2022 and the first business in Monaghan in 2022 so far!  The announcement follows an official assessment and employee survey carried out across the estate, with an audit that focused on the company’s Culture and People practices.
