Castle Leslie Estate have appointed Brian Baldwin as their Chief Executive Officer.

Brian’s appointment is a clear reflection of the company’s strong trading position as it continues to invest in the long term operational performance and growth of Castle Leslie Estate, into the future.

“The key aim of this appointment is to deliver the Estates Strategic Plan for the coming decade and to ensure we are best placed to take up the opportunities that lie ahead, whilst continuing to accelerate growth and build our brand further” says Sammy Leslie.

Brian brings a decade of experience as the former Castle Leslie Estate General Manager and has a proven record of creating a culture of being customer-centric, along with creating an award winning empowered team since joining the business. Under Brian’s tenure as Estate General Manager the estate revenue has tripled in the past 10 years and the estate has picked up over 50+ industry accolades and awards.
